We check in at every major milestone so nothing slips through. Each deliverable includes up to 3 revisions. If something feels off, mention it when you see it, NOT at the end.

We don't offer refunds once a project is underway. What we do offer is a clear revision process and open communication throughout, so issues get caught early rather than at the finish line.
